Information collected
The visit request form collects your name, email, phone number (optional), buyer profile, preferred visit time and message. No other information is collected without your knowledge.
Use
This information is only used to answer your request and arrange a visit. It is emailed to the listing brokers, Catherine Laflamme and André Quevillon (Proprio Direct inc., real estate agency). It is not sold or used for solicitation without your consent.
Retention
A copy of each request is kept on the web hosting server, in a protected folder, so that no request is lost. It is deleted when no longer needed, no later than 12 months after the sale of the building.
Cookies and third-party services
This website uses no advertising cookies or analytics tools. Fonts are provided by Google Fonts. The Google map only loads if you click “Show interactive map”; Google may then apply its own privacy policy.
Your rights
Under Quebec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, you may request access to your information, its correction or its deletion.
